  • Tell us what you are looking for and let our experienced sales and estimating team do the legwork.
  • If we need to know more, we’ll ask, it’s that simple.

Drop an email to: sales@duraweld.co.uk

Prefer to Talk It Through?

Sometimes a quick conversation is the easiest way to explain what you need, particularly when the idea is still taking shape.

  • We work with new and existing customers every week.
  • Explore product options, clarify specifications and identify the best way forward.
  • You don’t need a finished brief.
  • Pick up the phone, explain what you’d like to achieve, and we will take it from there.

Credit account customers: Email your purchase order and we will begin processing your order.

2. Send your artwork

If you do not have finished artwork, that is not necessarily a problem. For straightforward title and logo layouts, send us your wording, logo and a rough idea of how you would like it positioned.

Send your artwork to: sales@duraweld.co.uk

3. Approve your artwork

For all new printed, embossed and foil-blocked orders, we will send you a PDF proof to approve before manufacturing begins.
You can request amendments until you are satisfied with the layout.

4. Your order enters production

Once the artwork and final specification have been approved, your order will be scheduled for production.
Typical lead times are approximately 10–15 working days from artwork approval, depending on the product, quantity and manufacturing requirements.

5. Receive your order acknowledgement

We will send you an order acknowledgement confirming the details of your order and the anticipated delivery date.

6. Manufacturing and dispatch

Your products will be manufactured, checked and prepared for delivery.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation to let you know it is on its way.
