Manufactured & Welded in Our UK Factory
Most of our flexible PVC pockets are manufactured using high-frequency welding. The process uses controlled pressure and an electromagnetic field to create the weld between layers of PVC, producing a clean, consistent sealed edge.
Tooling determines the pocket shape and weld position, allowing us to manufacture everything from simple rectangular sleeves to pockets with multiple compartments and specialist features.
