Over the years, we’ve occasionally had orders take longer than anticipated, and there have been times when products have arrived damaged. However, Duraweld have always taken responsibility and put things right, and ultimately, that is all you can ever ask of a supplier.

They have also pulled out all the stops when we have genuinely needed something urgently.  We try not to ask unless it really is necessary and, whenever possible, we give them extra time in return. It feels like a genuine working partnership rather than simply a customer and supplier relationship.
